Whenever we need to address sensitive issues, or tackle conflicts in the workplace with employees and colleagues, the way we approach and manage these interactions significantly impacts our relationships and outcomes.

This session is an innovative and interactive educational experience that utilizes artificial intelligence (AI) and avatar technologies to support the learning experience when navigating through those challenging and often intimidating conversations that we encounter in our professional lives. Participants will be introduced to cutting-edge avatar technologies that can simulate human-like interactions, cater to individual learning styles, and create immersive and psychologically safe educational experiences.

Learning Objectives:

Understanding AI Fundamentals: Participants will grasp the basics of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and natural language processing, and understand how these technologies form the backbone of avatar interactions.
Enhancing Personalized Learning: Learn how AI-driven avatars can adapt and customize learning content to meet the company and individual learners' needs, pacing, and preferences, resulting in a more engaging and effective learning process.
