ATD Greater Atlanta Leadership Academy (Summer - Fall 2026)
What is Leadership Academy?
The ATD Greater Atlanta Leadership Academy is an intensive, multi-month professional development program designed to transition high-potential talent development pros into strategic executive leaders. Running from Summer through Fall 2026, the Academy provides a "leadership laboratory" where participants master non-profit management, strategic influence, and cross-functional team dynamics.
Who should join the Leadership Academy?
The Academy is designed for mid-to-senior level L&D professionals, HR leaders, and aspiring Board members who want to move from tactical execution to organizational strategy.
The Cohort Model: You’ll move through the curriculum with a tight-knit group of peers, building a "mastermind" network that lasts long after the program ends.
The Curriculum: Focus on real-world application, including financial literacy for L&D, managing diverse volunteer teams, and "Leading the Talent Function."
The Outcome: Graduates emerge with the credentials and confidence to lead ATD Greater Atlanta or their own corporate organizations at the highest levels.
